Measurable Lesions At Baseline
Non-nodal lesions ≥ 10 mm in longest diameter
- If slice thickness (including inter-slice gap) > 5 mm, then minimum increases to 2x thickness
Lymph nodes ≥ 15 mm in short axis
Bone lesions measurable if soft tissue component is measurable. Cystic metastases may be measurable, but prefer solid lesions as target.
Selection of Target Lesions (from among measurable lesions)
Up to 5 target lesions total, up to 2 per organ (can vary… check protocol); paired organs count as one, all lymph nodes are one “organ”
Reproducibility is critical, then size and distribution.
All lesions not chosen as target should be followed as non-target. Target and non-target lesions NEVER switch categories
