What are financing activities?
Involve either equity or debt financing.
What are activities related to equity financing?
Issuing shares to shareholders, paying dividends to shareholders, or repurchasing shares
What are activities related to debt financing?
Borrowing cash from creditors by issuing debt, or conversely, using cash to repay debt.
What are investing activities?
Include purchasing and disposing of long-lived assets such as property, plant, and equipment and long-term investments
What are operating activities?
Result from day-to-day operations and include revenues and expenses and changes in related accounts, including receivables, supplies, inventory, and payables accounts.
