Congenital (thyroglossal cyst, brachial anomalies). Lymphadenopathy (bacterial, viral, granulomatous - sarcoid/TB, malignancy). Vascular (carotid artery aneurysm, jugular vein thrombosis). Salivary (salivary gland tumour). Neurogenic (schwannoma, neurofibroma)

A
retrosternal goitre, thymoma, lymphoma, germ cell tumour (teratoma, sminoma), mediastinal cyst (pericardial, bronchogenic), parathyroid mass
