1) Sukanya Samriddhi Account can be opened anytime after the birth of a girl till she turns 10yrs with a min deposit of 250rs
2) Min deposit of 250rs and max deposit of 1.5lakh every year
3) Account can be opened in any post office or commercial banks
4) Account will remain operative till 21yrs age
5) Partial withdrawal of 50% is allowed aftr 18yrs
