A
Three questions:
1. Are you thinking about hurting yourself?
2. If yes, do you have a plan?
3. If yes, do you have the means?
If 2+ responses are positive =====> Ambulance to ER!
Note: Suicide is #7 cause of death in the US

A
- Safe environment:
- Highest safety but with the lowest restriction possible
- No-harm contract and crisis response plan
- Resources:
- Community services
- Suicide hotline
