6 steps to prevent SUDI

Answer 5

1. No smoking
2. Put baby in a cot or crib to sleep (always)
3. Never fall asleep with baby after drinking or taking drugs
4. Put baby to sleep on her back
5. ensure baby’s head and face are uncovered
6. Breastfeed
