Jackson-Pratt Drain
tube connected to a see-through bulb - used to remove fluid or air

removes fluid from a wound area - most common abd drain

plastic tube inserted through the chest wall into the pleural space - used to remove air, fluid or pus from the intrathoracic space

tube consist of a stem and cross head - placed into the common bile duct and is connected to a small pouch
