Question 1

In 2185, Shepard meets an Asari ‘pureblood’ that blames other species for the death of her family.

If Shepard enquires, she will tell of her daughters: a receptionist at the Citadel Embassies, and a greeter at the Consort’s Chambers.

These descriptions match up with NPC characters that Shepard can speak to in 2183.

What is the fate of Joker’s sister in 2186, and how do we know?

After the loss at Thessia, Joker can show Shepard a graphic of the Human colony Tiptree, where Joker’s father and sister live.
Joker later states, in radio with Liara, that his sister’s name is Hilary, and she is 15 years old.

There are then 8 interactions that Shepard can hear between Asari Huntress Aeian T'Goni, and an Asari Psychiatrist.
The Huntress (with PTSD and survivors guilt) tells the Psychiatrist about a farm where she was scouting. The shuttle she arrived on was called away, so she was staying the night. A "freckled farmgirl, maybe 15?" got attached to her and told her she wanted to become a pilot (like Joker). A friend of T'Goni's, Neaira, had been turned to a Banshee by the Reapers. T'Goni managed to flee with with the farmgirl now referred to as "Hilary".
During the escape Hilary was injured and audible. As to not give away their position, T'Goni killed Hilary.

In 2185, during Tali’s trial, Shepard can watch the final message of a Quarian before they are overwhelmed by Geth.
In 2186, when helping Zaal’Koris, Shepard can speak to an injured Quarian.
How are these events linked?

In 2185, Shepard can watch the dying message of a Female Quarian Researcher: “Jona, if you get this, be strong for Daddy. Mommy loves you very much!”

In 2186, Shepard can speak to Dorn’Hazt, who is bleeding out, and will tell Shepard “And my son, tell him… Tell Jona that his father made it to the homeworld.”
