Q

Rules for Subordinated Noun Clauses.

A

Answers “ what” to the question posed by the verb at the end of the main clause.

Used when sentence has two clauses
Main and Subordinate

S1+V1 + que + S2 + V2.

If subjects S are different and V1 is a WEIRDO verb the the SUBJUNCTIVE condition arises.

If main clause uses a verb “ asserting b3lief” then the subordinate clause uses the INDICATIVE.

SUBJUNCTIVE is also used in subordinated clauses when asking a question.

“Crees tu que la fiesta vaya a empezar pronto.”
