County Courts

1. Municipal/county ordinances
2. Actions at law not exceeding $15,000 (not exclusive, can also go to circuit)
3. Homeowner’s association disputes
4. Landlord evicting tenants

Aggregating claims

Can aggregate claim amounts only if from same T/O.
If not same T/O and not $15,000, Circuit court must transfer to county at P’s expense w/i 30 days.

-Once one claim satisfies circuit court jurisdiction, P can join claims that do not satisfy it (i.e. unrelated claims)
