Cognitive thoughts mean
all the thoughts that run through your mind before, during, and after the dreaded event.
Emotional means
feelings that you experience related to the anxious event
Physiological means
increased sweating, dry mouth, increased heart rate, shallow breathing, feeling like you are having a heart attack
Plan before you write
communicate in an organized way: plan on scratch paper
Use a time-tested essay format
keep it simple 5 paragraph essay
