Crimes against the person such as tort which can be intentional or unintentional

A civil wrong committed against a person or property that causes physical injury or damage to someone’s property or that deprive someone of his or her personal liberty and freedom

Intentional: assault, battery, deformation, false imprisonment, healthcare fraud and abuse, invasion of privacy. Unintentional: negligence

The act of damaging a person’s reputation by making public statements that are both false and malicious
Consent
The patient has given permission. Minors: emancipated, contraception, STI, drug or alcohol addiction treatment. Minors need consent from their parents

A: assessment (what do I think the problem is?)
R: recommendation (what should we do to correct the problem?)
