Set policies and procedures that will guide the fraternity into the future, act as the supreme governing body of the fraternity between meetings of the Chapter Congress, approve the fraternity budget, set annual goals of the fraternity, oversee the performance of the CEO and strategic planning, and measure how programs assist chapters and members to reach the vision. There are nine (9) elected alumni members
