The solution was to make two houses of government that used the idea of equal and proportional representation this excluded The House Of Representatives which favored in proportional representation that depended on population and The Senate was based off of equal representation which was each state got to chose the equal amount of people to as everybody else to represent that state.

The two issues were if slavery should keep going or should it stop. Also the next issue is if they should have tariffs or not. The South thought that slavery was good and should keep going on because it was helpful to them for business. The North thought it was cruel and that it was super harsh to the people who were the slaves. The South thought that they shouldn’t have the tariffs because they were making people pay more money. The North thought it was a good thing and that it should keep going on because it allows them to get more things they need from the money that they pay.

George Washington was the leader f the convention and he led everyone because he was a general and he had a great amount of respect.
Why did they decide to change the articles of confederation completely?
They decided to change the articles of confederation fully because there were way to many serious problems with it so they though it was to much work to do and they scraped it and made a new constitution.
