R Hypochondriac region
right upper region below the cartilage of the ribs that extend over the abdomen (liver, gallbladder)
RUQ includes
R kidney, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, and large and small intestine.
Epigastric region
located above the stomach, superior to the umbilical region
L Hypochondriac region
left upper region below the rib cartilage; diaphragm, spleen, a bit of the pancreas, kidney, and small part of liver
LUQ
Spleen, Stomach, Pancreas (a part of it - it crosses the midline), Left kidney (at the back behind the other organs) and left adrenal gland, Upper part of the large bowel (colon), A small part of your liver

SUPRARENAL GLAND
adrenal gland - small gland that makes steroid hormones, adrenaline, and noradrenaline.
