Q

Example of strong acid reaction

A

The hydrogen has fully split of
So fully ionised
Therefore the acid is a strong acid

Q

Example of weak acid reaction

A

H2Co3 —> H + HCO3

There was 2 hydrogen molecules
1 has split one is still attached
The molecule hasn’t fully ionised
Therefore the acid is a weak acid
