7 mo girl from Shah Alam, had low grade fever for 2 days, runny nose 2 days and noisy breathing and hoarse voice 1 day. She was well till 2 days ago when she developed symptoms. Was breastfeeding well, alert, active & playful
Had watery nasal discharge
Noisy breathing and develop hoarse voice
Able to lie down flat but noticed to have breathlessness 12hrs before admission.
