Bad Stress versus Good Stress?

A

-Distress: negative, draining energy resulting in anxiety, depression, and fatigue; stressors include losses, demands, worries, etc.
-Eustress: Positive, beneficial energy, that motivates and results in hope, joy, and purposeful moments. Causes are any uplifting, fun , or fulfilling events such as birth of a child, vacation, favorite physical activities, etc
