Prolonged mental/physical work, anxiety, exposure, lack of sleep, monotonous tasks, life-event stress

Occurs between 2 rest cycles after being awake 12-15 hours.

Inattention, distracted, timing errors, unaware of error pile-up, 2nd task neglect
