General Adaption Syndrome
Type A personality
Personal characterized by (1) a strong competitive orientation, (2) impatience and time urgency, and anger and hostility.
Type B Personality
Personality characterized by relatively relaxed, patient, easygoing, amicable behavior

the focusing of attention to clear one’s mind and produce relaxation.
Eustress
a positive stress that energizes a person and helps a person reach a goal
Distress
