When I was younger, I worked at a kiosk that sold food and drinks to tourists in my city. On hot days what sold the most was cold water and sometimes there was no time to freeze a bottle to sell.

So we had to adopt a logistics to cool the water. We did a cycle, when we arrived at the kiosk we took half of the cold water and put it in a refrigerator to keep the temperature, and replaced new water to freeze. When the water in the refrigerator ran out, we took the other cold half of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator, and replaced the water to freeze and so on. At the end of the day we put all the water to freeze, so that the next day we could do the same process.

This way we always had cold water to sell and customers never complained again.

Since then, I realized that there is always some way to improve what already exists, to please customers and be able to sell.
