Required for 50 sq m or more buildings.
A certificate includes
- Address / floor area
- EOC certificate number
- Technical info the property energy provision
- Estimate of property running costs
- Rating
- Benchmarking
- 10 years
You find an EPC on the government website.
What is a typical pathway to improve the EPC?
EPC pathway reports can be completed by a third party. They provide an overview on the current EPC and improvements.
Explain the MEES regulations and how this impacted your advice?
Minimum epc rating of E from 2018.
What is BREEAM?
Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method
