- We are prepared and flexible, allowing us to mobilise resources pre-emptively and quickly get on top of demand
- Act with urgency against repeat and priority offenders
- Provide support and assistance to those repeatedly victimised
- Maximise resources to locations that repeatedly suffer disproportionate and levels of crime
