with the bringer of life and death sealed away, no one has been able to be born, nor die. Where people once acknowledged death as a necessary evil, now they fear it more than ever, though the youth tend to not even remember the name of Grimm, the elders will never forget. Since there has been no death, medicine has been no longer studied, and when he is released, they will now be ill prepared(pun intended). Note, pain still exists, and the only medical skill still practiced is stitching so wounds can heal, no matter the extent of damage.
