What are the three points to follow when storing wine?
A
For long term storage- cool and constant temperature
Keep wine’s away from sunshine
If a wine is sealed with a cork it should be set on its side

Common wine faults
A
Cork taint: TCA is in the wine. Aromas of damp cardboard, fruit aromas appear less fresh
Failure of closure: oxygen has gotten into the wine. The wine appears browned than it should
Heat Damage: wine stored in co dictions too hot, sunlight exposure, etc. the wine loses its freshness and tastes dull and stale
