Long-term storage
A
The temperature for all wines should be cool and constant, between 10-15 °C
Extended periods refrigeration can cause corks to harden and lose their elasticity. Sparkling wine lose their fizz

- Keep wines away from strong light. Heat the wine and il will become unpleasant

A
- medium/full-bodied naked white wine: 10-13°C
- light/ medium bodied white wines: 7-10°C
- sweet wines: 6-8°C
-sparkling wine 6-10°C
-light bodied red wine: 13°C - medium full bodied red wines: 15-18°C
