Primary Fire – 1 Hosereel or Less used, Insurable Loss and no Informative or Assistance message sent.

Secondary Fire – 1 Hosereel or Less
Confined to the secondary location

Chimney Fire – In an occupied building where the fire remains within the confines of the chimney.

AFA – Where an alarm has actuated and a person or system has requested our attendance, but no fire was found. Call Points are not AFA’s – treat as 5 or 6.
