beefy red cervix that bleeds easily

could lead to pelvic inflammatory disease
syphilis presentation in men and women
primary: pain chancre, develops weeks post exposure
Secondary: fatigue, diffuse rash, fever, lymphadenopathy, genital or perineal condylooma latum, rash is maculopapular, macular or pustular on palms and soles of feet
trichomoniasis presentation in men
prostatitis or epidiymitis
generally asymptomatic
trichomoniasis presentation in women
diffuse, malodorous, yellow/green vaginal discharge with vulvar irritation some may be asymptomatic pH >4.5 dysuria erythema
genital warts presentation
appear as rough, thick, cauliflower-like lesions black dots within warts disrupted surface genital pruritis burning vaginal discharge or bleeding
genital herpes presenttion
cluster of painful vesicles on an erythematous base itching, burning, tingling groin lump dysuria dyspareunia increased urinary frequency ulcerative lesions fissures cervicitis
