Laparascopuc
Pregnancy test pre-op
Advise use of effective contraception until operation and neck period
Remove IUCD after next period

What is disadvantage of vasectomy?
A
Takes up to 3m before sperm stores are used up
Obtain 2 ejaculates negative for sperm before stopping other methods
