What is informative writing?
•Tells how something works, how you can do something, what something looks like, how to things are alike or different, or what the cause or outcome of and event is.
What is persuasive writing?
• Attempts to change a reader’s opinion or convince them to take a particular action.
What does it mean to brainstorm?
• When you brainstorm, you list all the thoughts that come to your head on a topic you don’t know if the ideas are good or bad you just write them down.
What is free writing?
• Writing for a specific period of time without pausing. This helps you develop fluency as a writer.
What is clustering?
• Similar to brainstorming, but you draw a cluster of those ideas.

• You can do first-hand or primary research by surveying or observing people you can do secondhand research by reading articles and books or websites on your topic never copy and paste your paper. Always quote your sources.

• Consulting with people who know about your topic is an excellent way to gather information and interesting details for your paper.
