Status Epilepticus is a life threatening disorder where a seizure lasts for more than 5 minutes, or seizures follow one another without a chance to recover

Emergency Management?

If still no response after 25 minutes from onset then add?

A

Remove from Harm,
ABCDE Approach,
IV Lorazepam if access (Repeated after 10 minutes if no response)

Phenytoin Sodium and contact ICU
