Status is an expression to classify ones character based on wealth, intellect etc. Word has now gotten a new significance in denotation whether one is HIV positive or not.
Deadly virus does not care about class but transcends such boundaries.
Message
Confronts viewer with devastation of HIV/Aids in SA. Sad installation where people came to visit when they knew someone who died of AIDs
