Simple Random
- Randomly selecting participants (Out of a hat etc)
Systematic
- Selecting participants at regular intervals (evert 5 people etc)
Stratified
- Participants divide into “Strata” based on common characteristics
Non-Random
- Participants selected with non-random method like convenience etc
Opportunity
- Participants selected based on availability
Quota
- Participants divided into strata and selected until quota is met
