We offer unlimited training with our certified trainer Hope.
The small group sessions are always included with our memberships and you can sign-up for as many sessions as you’d like.
Training sessions are first come, first served, we offer over 1000 appointments each month to help keep your workouts new and exciting.

What is the Design Your Own Program?

A

We offer a Design Your Own Program, where you will sit down with our certified trainer, Hope. During this time you will discuss your goals, fitness experience, the number of days you would like to work out each week, and any medical issues that can affect your ability to exercise.
From all the information gathered the trainer will creat a fitness program to help you achieve your Fitness Goals.

The Planet Fitness Mobile App is …?

A

The Planet Fitness Mobile App is also a great tool to help you reach your goals.
It allows you to track your workouts and view your weekly and monthly progress right from your phone. The app has hundreds of workout videos ranging from different fitness levels and personalized goals. Also, the workouts are 6 to 26 mins in length.
