What is the major difference between Municipal and State Undertakings?
A state undertaking is owned and financed by the central government whereas a municipal undertaking is owned by the local government and SOMETIMES financed by the Central governmernt
What is Municipal Undertaking?
The services provided by the local government of a country.
What is Sole Trader business?
A business ran by 1-2 persons
Eg. (Hairdresser, Nail Tech, Photographer
What is a partnership business?
A business owned by two to twenty persons
What is a co- operatives business?
Private organizations owened and controlling be people who by shares. Their aim is to improve the economic well-being of their members.
what is a limited liability company?
A business that has a separate identity from its owners. Losing their personal assets a re not liable for the debts of the company.
What is a Franchise?
An agreement between the Franchisee and the parent company to allow the to sell their products or services using its brand name
What is Multinational company?
A company that has a headquarter in one one country and decides to set up their business in other countries
What is communication?
Communication is a way in which we transmit and interpret information.
