The Commission shall adopt regulations establishing standards for the operation of licensees’ offices and for their business conduct and ethics. 3. The Commission may by regulation delegate any authority conferred upon it by this chapter to the Administrator to be exercised pursuant to the regulations of the Commission. 4. Service of process and other communications upon the Commission may be made at the principal office of the Real Estate Division. NRS 645.050
