Might be difficult as natural language processing is still in a relatively basic form, not capable of working with the style of text used in scientific papers (yet).
Would be helpful for overseas students, and expanding this to include a way to summarise any long text for maybe news articles, tweets etc.

A novel, interesting idea which many said they would at least try. However, the practicalities of it were the downfall. How would you be able to have all the food available to make a dish that the AI has come up with. The chef may lack expertise if it were to suggest a niche style of dish.
