Sweet Cream Recipe
1 liter heavy cream in pitcher
350 ml vanilla (cold foam blender)
600ml 2% milk (cold foam blender)
agitate by spoon date for 48 hours (shelf life)
Whole Bean Open Espresso/Cofeee Unground
Shelf life 7 days (one week)
Coffee Ground For Pour Overs
shelf life discard extra end of that day
Espresso Shot Pulled
Shelf life use immediately
Brewed Coffee
shelf life determined by cadence 30-32 minutes
Iced Coffee
Shelf life discard excess after 12 hours
Cold Brew
Remember to gound on french press, 7 liters in filter, 7 liters outside filter in toddy. Rest for 20 hours. Good for 7 days refrigerated
Frappuccino Roast
Remember it is one liter cold water per packet used. example 5 packets, 5 liters of water. Shelf life 48 hours (2 days)
Mocha Sauce
To create one packet of mocha and 2 liters water. Always water first my friends. Shelf life 24 hours (1 day)
Prepared Whipped Cream
To prepare 8 pumps of vanilla syrup in a steaming pitcher, stir and place in whipped cream container shake and rest accordingly with co2. Always remember to label “whipped cream”. Shelf life 24 hours
Lemonade 2X
To prepare include .75 of lemonade base and fill to top of container with water until the 2L mark. Date for 48 hours for the 2L pitcher
Eggnog Mix
To prepare eggnog place eggnog within a steaming pitcher to the grande line twice and pour into 2 liter pitcher, then add a grande amount nonfat milk to the 2L picther. Shelf life is 48 hours (2 days) refrigerated
