Describe Lamb Slovakis
Gound Lamb is spiced with cinnamon, cumin, chili flakes, turmeric and all spice.
They are finished with a garlic, red onion, mint and cilantro puree.
Formed into 3 oz pieces and grilled, then served in a flour tortilla and garnished with lime wedge and harissa aioli.
Harissa is african chili paste. It is combined with egg yolk, olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice.
