how do you enter a * in an ID number for a moneygram?
have to enter * as an x
when giving a parcel pick up with a customs sheet to a cx
rip out middle copy, re-print a second receipt, staple and file in B2 drawers
Commercial products process
Commercial- always “verify commercial product” option. Simply adding a point of orin for pre-paid parcel. Any Q’s? Cx can call cx service
“Agent Cash Amount” with MoneyGRAMS
Not usual option. Should print a cheque instead- use #’s after dash
How do you ring through a MoneyGRAM?
Canadian cash- only option that will be highlighted
Business package but cx has personal ID and address doesn’t match
Must show a business card with the matching address
Personal ID with matching address, but last name doesn’t match.
Ok. Not all names match If address matches, they are entitled to pick up for the household. Address doesn’t match? Must bring 2nd ID (mortgage papers etc) but then name MUST match

Amend a MoneyGRAM?
has to have receipt showing “Dakota Crossing”. Different location, cannot amend. Typically goes through in 10-15 mins- if has gone through, CANNOT amend. Can only change name.

Can you use a Moneygram for any bill payment?
No. Only certain companies will accept (IE Hydro, Water/waste.

ORDER. Top amount $999.99. $1005? Process as one, but will print on two sep. cheques.
Commercial- select “options on manifest”- yes or no?
Always yes.
How to provide proof of ID?
Cx will have QR code or e-mail. Scan or enter right from main screen. Use DL. If name on DL matches but address doesn’t? Ok if brought a 2nd (approved) ID and name AND address matches on 2nd piece. Follow prompts. Receipt is for cx.

Can a family member receive a moneygram for someone in their family/household/address?
No. ID must match person receiving. Enter in as cx chi amount and provide receipt to cx.

MC has multiple, Visa Canadian only. CASH AND DEBIT only. New cards found in safe. Only re-load the 2 we sell.
