Diligence and Reasonable Basis - Members must exercise diligence, independence, and thoroughness in analyzing investments, making investment recommendations, and taking investment actions. Also, have a reasonable and adequate basis, supported by appropriate research and investigation, for any investment analysis, recommendation or action.
