Kyung Ye (15 degree forwards, straight back, maintain eye contact)

Gojung Sogi (1.5 shoulder widths between big toes, 50/50 weight distribution, foot forward determines the stance)
Bending Stance
Goburyo Sogi (Preparation for Side/Back kicks, stand on one foot with a slight bend in the knee, the foot on the floor determines the direction)
X Stance
Kyocha Sogi
