oVictim: Strangers or acquaintances
oInitial motivation; hope for friendship/relationship. Often blind to disinterest
oSustaining motivation: continued hope (more common when victim known) or pursuit stops when realise not wanted

oSustaining motivation: pleasure of rehearsal of fantasy, power knowing fate of victim

What is Anti-social personality disorder?
Pervasive pattern of disregard and violation of rights beginning in childhood.
