People and organisations who are affected by the activities of a business.
What is an internal stakeholder?
Internal stakeholders are people or organisations inside the business.
What is an external stakeholder?
External stakeholders are people or organisations outside the business.
What would an owner/shareholder want from a business?
High profits and a safe investment
What would an employee want from a business?
Good pay, job security and opportunities for promotion
What would a supplier want from a business?
Fair prices and to be paid on time
What would customers want from a business?
Good quality and to be provided with goods & services
What would a lender (bank) want from a business?
To receive interest and to be repaid
What would the government (HMRC) want from a business?
To receive the right amount of tax on time
What would local communities want from a business?
Jobs for local people and no pollution of any sort
