Disadvantages of stakeholder analysis
Frequency of change, assessment may be subjective, not all stakeholder interests met at same time.

Grouping stakeholders according to level of influence and impact
What is a project champion?
Initiates the project, allocates time and resources for the project

Formally appointed owner of project, usually only one in each

High level reasons/objectives for new system

Features and goals of the final product

Someone materially affected in the change taking place in a system. List, roles and responsibilities used to identify stakeholders who should participate in elicitation activities.
