List 3 advantages of the Proscenium Arch
The audience forms the 4th wall, so they are onlookers to the story they are being presented with
There is an orchestra pit, and as it is a musical, live music is essential
It allows for a split stage with Mickey (lower class/council house)
stage right and Eddie (middle-class privately owned house) stage left to show the social divide
Allows for characters to address the audience and break the fourth wall directly
