What is T1?
<=3cm surrounded by lung/visc pleura not involving main bronchus
T1a <=1cm
T1b >1cm to <=2cm
T1c >2cm to <=3cm
What is T2?
> 3cm to <= 5cm
T2a >3 to <= 4cm
T2b >4cm to <=5cm
Or
Involvement of bronchus without carina
Invading visceral pleura
Atelactasis or post obstructive pneumonia is extending to hilum
Describe T3
> 5cm to <=7cm
Or
Involvement of chest wall, pericardium, phrenic nerve , or 2 tumours in the same lobe
Describe T4
> 7cm or
Invasion of mediastinum, heart, diaphragm, great vessels, recurrent laryngeal nerve, carina, trachea, oesophagus, spine
Or
Separate tumour in a different lobe of ipsilateral lung
Describe N1
Ipsilateral peribronchial and/or hilar nodes and intrapulmonary nodes
Levels 10-14
Describe N2
Ipsilateral mediastinal or subcarinal
Describe N3
Contra lateral mediastinal or hilar, ipsilateral/contralateral scalene/SCF
Describe M staging
M1a. Tumour in contralateral lung or pleural/pericardial nodule or malignant effusion
M1b. Single extrathoracic met including single non-regional LN
M1c. Multiple extrathoracic mets in one or more organs
