Stage II physical characteristics
strong urge to push with descent of presenting part
increasing rectal and perineal pressure
bulging of perineum
emergence of fetal presenting part crowning
sensation of burning, stretching, or tearing as head is born
perineal anesthesia due to extreme stretching of perineum

birth of infant- birth of placenta
