Judicial can declare laws unconstitutional
Legislative can override veto
Executive can veto legislation

Pros- Women get paid, get independence, first steps towards women’s rights
Cons- Horrible conditions, encouraged slavery, takes advantage of women

To honor and dedicate cemetery/dead, and call for equality and unity.

Propaganda- Federal Gov. used propaganda to make people move West
