Internal: the ability to problem-solve, think through conflict ad handle disputes without violence
External: connections to family, friends, coworkers and community support
Warning Signs of suicide
-Threatening suicide
-Seeking a means to endone’slife
-Talking or writing about death or suicide
-Dramatic mood changes: Anxiety, restlessness, agitation
-Sudden change in sleep
-Increased ETOH or drug use
-Hopelessness; being a burden
